Another nail in the coffin...high FSH

Today was my baseline for another round of IUI. The plan was to try out a new protocol and if I responded well (but didn’t get pregnant) use it for IVF in the future. I have plenty of issues TTC, but until today high FSH was not one of them. It’s been tested on day 3 most months the last year. It’s never been out of range. Today it was 29. WTF?!?!?! Has anyone ever had a randomly high FSH that was just a fluke? Or am I just THAT much more screwed?

Second question, my Dr’s words were “it’s not good, I’m not at all optimistic.” Do I even bother trying?
