I got pregnant in April 2017 that ended in June 2017 they finally diagnosed its as a blight ovum . Then I got pregnant in September 2017 on our second cycle after the miscarriage. We went to our 8 week ultrasound and there was no heartbeat. We saw the embryo and it already started looking like a baby, that’s what made it the hardest . It’s been 12 days since and I’m still bleeding from the misoprostol . I just need this to be over . I’m at a complete loss as what to do and I do not know how to move forward.
