My kitty rules the house

She’s had everyone wrapped around her thumb since I adopted her in May of ‘15 when she fit into my palms. Well, I was just doing my laundry in Charlie’s room (my dog’s room) and I kept wondering why he was being so weird and wouldn’t enter the room and at least go lay in his bed lol. 10 minutes in, I went to go pat his bed to tell him to lay down since I know he’s super polite and may have thought he should’ve waited for me to leave, when I noticed Sophie (my kitty) was in there. He literally had been staring around the corner for almost an hour 😂😂😂. Anyone else’s cat literally runs the whole house? I’m under the impression that practically every cat thinks she/he is queen/king 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol
