First anniversary gift ideas?

Im coming up on mine and the husband's first anniversary in November. Does anyone have any cute gift recommendations or ideas they used? I'd love to stick to the paper theme if possible but am definitely flexible!

I didn’t get around to changing my name until a couple weeks before our anniversary so I gave him a paper from the social security office saying I was officially his last name. I also made a caricature if the two of us as Simpson’s characters because that was printed on paper (then framed and hung) and he loved it. You could try something like that, and if you can’t caricature yourself people on Etsy etc do them for you.

I love the theme idea.   For our first anniversary I got my husband a picture with my fave wedding pics that is framed.   I did it online at Walmart.com.   The pics are in the shape of a heart and I put parts of our vows in there as well.   The bottom says p.s. I love you.   Okay so it was kind of for me but hey he opened it bahahaha
