What finger foods have you given your baby?

Aside from “they eat what we eat,” what have you given?
We’ve only done things like fruits, carrots, and baby puffs/teething crackers.
What else Can I do? How do I prep it? Do I use oil to roast things? Spices?? Lol help!

My child is crazy obsessed with black beans! Also peas!! Pancakes, banana, broccoli, blueberries.

I do use some pepper and cinnamon, have not used any added salt. I have sautéed some spinach in oil and he also had some broccoli that was baked in olive oil. I've also used butter when I've made egg yolks or cinnamon toast. He has had bites of broccoli, apples, carrots, chicken, beef, potatoes, sweet potatoes, avocado, toasted bread, pita bread, muffins, waffles, egg yolks, puffs, blueberries, pasta, chickpeas, and black beans. He is not a big fan of meat and I feel like he only eats like 1.5-2 oz total since he started self feeding but he really won't let me feed him now. Occasionally I will spread a purée on some toast or if it's pretty thick like oatmeal I will put it on his tray and just deal with the mess. He started refusing spoons mid August so I had no choice but to do finger foods. He took this giant piece of broccoli from my salad last night and gnawed on it for 5 minutes!

we've done peas, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, toast fingers with random puree spreads or unsalted butter, rotini pasta ripped in half, small pieces of cheddar cheese, scrambled egg, chicken, turkey, salmon. also Cheerios and rice rusks are great when we need a little extra or want to keep him happy in the high chair while we prep his food or finish eating ourselves!
