First time being with someone in the army ..

This guy I’m taking to he’s in the army reserves so if they call him he can be deployed... and he’s been active duty in the past, well when he was in Afghanistan he’s girlfriend at the time cheated , so now He has trust issues.. well I’ve gotten very attached to him and I want him to know I’m not like his exs and I wouldn’t do anything to hurt him. Any advice? 😐 this is my first time being with someone who’s in the army. So it’s all new to me..
