PRAYERS - silent miscarriage

I have been having morning since 5 weeks. I am now 13 weeks. The pregnancy symptoms are still there, but have subsided a bit. This morning's ultrasound showed no heartbeat, and our baby measured 9 week. According to the tech, I have been carrying a dead baby for a few weeks. Has anyone experienced this before ?
