Hand cream for mom?

My fingers/hands are so chapped now that the weather is getting colder. And with a baby, I'm washing my hands all the time so they're drying out. My fingertips are so bad the skin catches on fabrics and it drives me nuts! Any suggestions? (Nothing too chemical-ly please, natural solutions would be ideal). TIA!

Neutragena makes an intense hand repair cream.It comes in a small tube, and is REALLY think. Just a pea size dab will cover your hands. I used to keep a tube in my desk when I was teaching. It is amazing stuff! If you want something more natural, you could try bag balm or udder butter...usually they are mostly cocoa butter based products.

I love l'occitane Shea butter when my hands get like that. I’ve had a tin that’s lasted like 5 years! A little goes a long way.

Ahhh I am going through the same thing! The other day I was desperate so I used my expensive facial enzyme peel on my hands and it actually worked to get rid of the peeling skin! Now I’m using Vitamin E cream (the same one I’m using for my c-section scar) on my hands and it seems to be working to keep them soft. It’s definitely an ongoing struggle, though!
