please look!!! and respond . i need it

okay so i have been having this type of discharge/spotting for a few days now. not a lot to even fill a panty liner . & i took a test a seen a vvvvvvvfl i know the picture is pass 2 minutes but why would a line appear with no hcg? am i giving myself false hope someone please help.
