how long has it taken everyone to conceive.. my friends haven't had any trouble conceiving and we are keeping it quiet because we aren't 100% sure we are able to. I have a gyneocologist appointment tomorrow and my mother in law said to bring up early menopause but would it be an idea to ask them about my chances of getting pregnant... 24 years old. and I really want a baby with my partner. I feel I am actually ready now.
