So concerned :/

So yesterday at 12dpo (two days before missed period) I got two + frer and one + clearblue digital. I went and had blood work done at my obgyn and my beta was 25 and my progesterone was 45. I go back tomorrow to have my levels checked again. Today I am having some cramping and can't help but think the worst since I have had to previous miscarriages.... anyone experience anything similar?
