wanting mommas opinions on how to dry breastmilk supply up the fastest way but not hurting myself?

Every day hand expresses a bit of milk just enough to make them stop hurting and then do it everyday until they deflate. Lol try to get all the knots out because they will come, put icepacks on them if it starts to hurt too much. 
Change your breast pads regularly to prevent infection from bacteria and try to keep heat away from it. 
Avoid stimulating your nipples any other time other than when you express milk. 
Wear a really soft bra like a real nice sports bra without any support let them babies hang lol
