Anyone else experience this!?!?

I'm 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and today when I went to the restroom I wiped and there was bright red blood! I wiped good about 4 times and then the blood went brown. I put on a pad to track the amount/ blood type coming out and so far there's no more blood coming out anymore. I'm so concerned & worried. I have a doctors appt. November 9th 😓 Has anyone else ever experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy?? Please answer
