Bright red blood during pregnancy?!?!? HELP

I just wiped and I got this , I know it’s very little  but I’m shaking and crying ! I’m so scared !!! What should I do? Please help

It’s not considered normal to bleed but very common. I bleed and everything was fine. Could be from a lot of things. Sometimes your cervix is sensitive so if you have sex or something it could cause bleeding! Call your doctor! If it gets worse go to the ER for an ultrasound! Hope everything is well!

How far along are you? Call the doctor. There are a lot of things it could be, don't freak out yet (I know easier said than done).
