Breast pain that radiates

So I’m 8 days dpo. My breasts have been the normal pms sore. Today, actually within the last hour, the pain is killing me. The pain is on the side and it radiates around to my upper back. The paint seems like it starts in my breast and the goes around to Like 3/4 of the way across my back. not all the way to my spine. My breast by like my nipple has the least amount of pain. The most pain is on the side. Anyone else get this with their cycle? Does it sound like normal breast pain or something else?
