Worried help me please?

At first i had a little pimple on my outter vagina lips... but after 4 weeks its still there... and it got bigger ( about the circumference of a penny) it is not painful just uncomfortable... ( especially when im walking) i tried to pop it it didn’t work... i know its not a Bartholinites because its on the upper part on my parts... im engaged and never had any other man then him and i know he’s not cheating so its not and infection or herpes or anything like that....

It might be a ingrown hair... i don’t know and my doc isn’t able to see me before Christmas so....

Any ideas what is it? Any tips on how to get rid of it?

I just want it to go ... i cant shave and i feel disgusting with that thing there i’m uncomfortable with it so im not fine with having sex while its there
