Just wondering how long after you end things / break up / get ghosted do you hear from an ex or ex-fling? If ever? 
My magic time span seems to be 6 months and it's always a "hi" 🙈🙄

Yuppp. One of the reasons we broke up was because he was super controlling especially about alcohol. HATES IT and wanted to make sure i never drank. So he hit me up with a wyd about 2 months after I broke up with him. I said drinking with friends and i never heard from him again.

Twice. Once was a guy to cheated on me in HS. A little bit after graduation he kinda stalked me at work and I got the whole "cheating on you was the biggest mistake ever" spiel. Another time was a guy I dated for a short time. I ended it because some of the stuff he did and said sent up red flags. About 5-6 later he hit me up on Facebook and got another"biggest mistake" speech and how he wanted to try again. I dug through his FB (didn't take much) and found he was currently in a relationship. Called him out on it but still got the I'll end it for you bs.

Three months was my magic number. My ex-boyfriend ghosted on me one night when he was supposed to come over because a bad storm was coming and I was scared home alone. I called and texted all night worried. I thought something bad happened. Turns out I looked at his Facebook and his profile pick was him and a girl. So I let it go. 3 months later he text me and we talked for a few hours and he asked to come over. I f**ked his brains out then lied about having stuff to do and forced him to leave. He told me that he made reservations at a restaurant that night for us to celebrate getting back together. I told him I would meet him at the restaurant that night. I felt like a boss with every text & call. Hell no fuck boy, bye!

My ex my first love my first recently tried to talk to me almost 10 years later and he wanted to be my friend and know how I was like if all he put me through wasn’t enough. He cheated tried blackmailing me , got with my friend and was rude, controlling, put me down. Like no not anymore I’m not that little naive girl anymore. He was apologetic and wanted to keep in contact with me I was like sorry we have history and we could never be friends. I guess at this point of his life he realized what a great woman I was and could have been. I just said thank you because even though he put me through all of that I’m alot stronger and I am with someone that would never try to hurt me and loves unconditionally. For that I am thankful that everything happened it would have never given me and my better half now a chance to be what we are today.

Yes like two months later he started stopping by my house. I threatened to have him arrested and he left me alone. then he saw me on a date with another guy at a demolition derby and immediately left. after that when he would come by my work, ( I worked at home depot ) he would hide his face and practically run in the opposite direction.
