Horrible headaches

I’m 13w5d and oh my god the WORST headaches are happening almost every day for a week now. I’m not a big fan of any meds, even if my OB says they’re ok. (I️ should stop reading online articles about Tylenol causing ADD and asthma). Now I’m paranoid that this isn’t common and something isn’t right. Anyone else out there with the same thing? It’s one sided, dull and sometimes I️ feel it at the base of my skull/spine. Gets worse right before bed and last night I️ woke up at 2am with the worst headache I️ think I’ve ever had. Finally gave in and took some xtra strength Tylenol but nope - headache is still here... ☹️
