Working with petty people
So I work at a hotel and I’m one of the oldest here (29) and I notice that so of my coworkers form les a little clique which is fine but know they’ve turned into mean girls and are being super petty. Like making false complaints, not speaking to me and I’m like I’m way too old for this BS... anyone else work with people like this? Any suggestions?
