Baby developed rash after his bath today. What is this?

Today I used live clean oatmeal baby wash as I do sometimes, and after his bath I noticed he had this rash. It’s on his arm, belly, a little redness behind his ear, and a bit at the bottom of his cheek. Is this something I should be concerned about? Will it go away? He is his normal, happy self so I know it’s not hurting him. He is 3 months. Please help!

my son developed an extremely similar rash at two months except covered in from head to toe. It wasn't itching or anything and he didn't even seem to notice it was there. if your son is in any kind of discomfort, and especially if his eyes or lips are swelling, don't wait until morning to take him in ( if you see that kind of swelling or trouble breathing it's emergency room time). But if he's otherwise completely fine I would just keep an eye on him and call your doctor as soon as you're able. Allergic reactions are really uncommon in babies that are very young. We never found out the exact cause of my son's reaction but it turned out to be not allergic , it was either of viral or bacterial and it went away on its own

Did you change laundry soap? Wearing new perfume? Eat new foods? Its a mild reaction, just keep an eye on it.
