prodromal labor?

38 weeks pregnant and had been having contractions all night last night that kept getting closer and closer together, tracked them for 3 hours and they were all 5-10 minutes apart, never got stronger or longer, some were painful and made me feel like I was going to puke, others would just be really uncomfortable.. All were accompanied by back pain and cramps, it's currently 1 am and I'm awake again from these stupid contractions. Hubby's sick and we Have a 4 year old so I don't want to rush off to l&d;, not sure if anything is progressing.. Doesn't feel like the real deal, just feels super annoying. And baby is still moving around, I keep getting lightening crotch and pressure like in my vagina from his movements.
