Back to work, breastfeeding mommas

I gotta go back to work on Monday :(

Imma pump 2 times at work. How do you all do it? Just 1 boob with the manual pump? I have 2 15 minute breaks. One at the beginning of my shift and 1 at the end. I have the Medela pump and I know it comes with that little cooler bag with the ice pack thing in it with a couple bottles. After you pump do you put it in a fridge or will keeping it in my locker work? I’ll be going home on my lunch which will be 3 hours I pump the first time
