Why is this happening

Ok so I just woke up and I’m just laying here and all of a sudden I get these butt cramps it’s still going on I can’t even move what could it be ?

Answer

Maybe it was the way you slept? Or maybe you stretched in your sleep the wrong way?   I say if it’s really severe call a doctor!
