Miscarriage

I lost a baby at 16 weeks I had to have a DNC they said if I would have gone another week I would of had to deliver me and my SO have been trying for 2 and since I’ve gotten pregnant twice but had a miscarriage both times first one at 7 weeks the second one at 4 weeks I just don’t get it I’ve been an emotional wreck since and I feel like it’s all my fault is there anything I can do to helping he actually asked me why I couldn’t carry the doctors say there’s nothing wrong could they be missing something do I need to change something I’m just lost at this point and want to stop trying because of the heartache any advice would be greatly appreciate 💕
