BFP!!!! And what I did different this month.
I am so so excited to get my BFP for baby #2! It has only been 6 months of trying (with PCOS) which I know isn't long at all compared to many of you but wanted to share the three things I did differently this month.
1. BD every 48 hours starting after AF was gone (give or take an hour) - we were previously just waiting until ovulation day, every 3 days, and we even tried every single day for 21 days straight - none of those worked. The 48 hours suggestion was from my doctor.
2. Preseed (we only used around ovulation, but doesn't hurt to use the entire month)
3. Took B6. I have a short luteal phase due to my PCOS (7-8ish days) and truly believe this helped extend it a day, long enough for implantation to occur.
