Pulling/Pinching in Uterus??

So I’m 7dpo. Ever since 3dpo I’ve had pulling/pinching feelings in my uterus and ovaries. I’ve never ever had this before. Sometimes I’ll get it slightly the day before my period for a few mins. But not a week before. And not for 4 days in a row!

My partner and I have BD 24 times in the last 16 days 😂 half of that in the fertile zone. so I’m hoping this is our month! So Don’t know if I’m just symptom spotting but I swear I’ve never had them before.

Just wondering if anyone has had these sensations and got a BFP? xx
