11/3 Slow rise is better than no rise!!
Okay, still coming up a bit! Slower than my typical cycles . ..normally I am a person with a big dip on O day and a big spike after. But there is such a thing as slow risers and I feel like that's what I'm having this cycle. I believe I ovulated on November 1st. I checked my ovary yesterday morning and it definitely looks like I've ovulated, but I am going to rely more on these temps. Keep rising baby!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
