Vaginal bleeding ?

Okay ladies I really need your help ! I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago ! Some exciting news !

Well yesterday me and my husband was having sex and he noticed blood on his penis ! Scared the crap out of us so we rushed to the emergency room ! I stayed there for 5 HOURS ! They ran all types of text and did a vaginal ultrasound and all that .. but couldn't explain exactly where the blood was coming from !

I am 8 weeks pregnant today . Please someone who can relate or has more knowledge , help me figure out what's going on ?!
