Nausea already?

I’m only 4 weeks and I feel like crap. The nausea comes and goes but when it comes, it SUCKS. I was brushing my teeth this morning and almost puked. Feeling relatively fine at the moment but like I said it comes and goes suddenly. Trying to decide if I can justify staying home when I feel like this, since I’ll be quitting in a few weeks anyway. Any one else getting morning sickness this early?

Eat a couple saltines before you even get out of bed and don’t let yourself get hungry. Keep snacks everywhere and eat every couple of hours. That should cut down on the sudden waves being so strong.

I read the sea-band works great for nausea , I bought one yesterday and I haven't tried it yet but will soon.

Me. Usually on an empty stomach or when brushing my teeth. Comes and goes for me too. I could be fine an entire day, and the next I'm nauseous all day. Hang in there mama.

I got nausea 7DPO and it's been on and off ever since! Sometimes getting sick but other times just consistent nausea.
