I have already 40 weeks today, I had an appointment today and my doctor told me that if she doesn't come out in the last week they will do ultrasounds and induce her 😖😔. I haven't had contractions or lose my mucous yet. I don't know how to stimulate my labor. I'm so anxious to meet her but it is frustrating that I don't have any signal of labor 😥😣😔. besides I don't know how traumatic would be when they induce my baby. Any advice would be appreciated.
