Success with Letrozole + HCG Trigger?

Previous cycles we have just tried clomid. Ovulation was successful but no BFP. This cycle is my first trying letrozole 2.5mg followed by HCG trigger if my follicles are mature enough. Has anyone had success with this treatment?  If so, how many cycles did it take for you to get your BFP?

I will be able to tell you if i had success in 4 more days.  Im currently in my TWW.  I took femara days 3-7 and took my trigger shot on day 14 with an IUI 36 HOURS later.    The femara did help me create more follicles.  I had 17, 18, and 12 when i took my trigger.

I’m currently going through the same thing. I started my Femara and will be getting the trigger shot. My nerves are so shot right now because I want this so bad.

So this is my 3rd cycle with Letrozole but this time I got trigger shot as well. I am in TWW right now, I am hoping for a BFP this time 🤞🏼
