When did you introduce the bottle? & did your baby take it?

My baby is 7 weeks old and I'm hoping she takes the bottle for occasional feedings while I'm not around. Has anyone successfully gave the bottle to their baby around this age?

My little one started taking one recently. I️ had to try different bottles though. It’s also helpful to have some one else give it to him. Babies know our scent and want the real thing lol so I️ leave the room and let someone else give it to him. I️ also heat the milk up !

While I was bleeding out after birth 😅
I hemorrhaged badly and was to weak to hold her after birth so we gave her a bottle with donar milk.

might be trying tomorrow as grandma is babysitting. I will feed her before I go, but no guarantees she will even take a bottle. I'm a little worried

This has been the biggest struggle for me. Baby will occasionally take it during the day only after I offer the breast and won't even consider it at night. Daycare starts next week and I have so much anxiety about it! Hopefully yours won't have the same problem. Good luck mama!
