4 weeks 5 days (early u/s due to high risk) no sac - too early?

Hey ya’ll! So I’m VERY early according to my conception date (only had sex once in the last month, so I know lol) - I’m 4w5d. I went for an ultrasound today bc I’m high risk due to high blood pressure and history of ectopic. The u/s tech didn’t see a sac or anything but she did say my endometrium was thickened which is a sign of early pregnancy (also for ectopic) so it really didn’t give me much insight lol

Spoke with dr after ultrasound and she said it’s definitely early but they cant rule out ectopic BECAUSE they didnt see a sac in my uterus. Obviously I know it’s very early but has anyone had the same issue.. gone to an early ultrasound and then everything turn out ok? I’m going back on the 13th when I’ll be exactly 6 weeks. They also have me doing blood work every few days till then to make sure it’s going up etc.

I’d just like to know if anyone has dealt with a similar issue and ended up having a healthy pregnancy.
