Ovulation prediction.
Can someone assist me in explaining when I should start checking my ovulation?
*NOT TRYING TO GET PREGNANT*
I have irregular periods with pcos and my doctor wants me to try three rounds of provera to induce my periods for three months so see if I’m ovulating at all and suggested I buy an ovulation predictor kit (digital) to make sure everything is working. Any help would be appreciated.
