My friend has been doing a fiends with benefits kinda thing with this guy and he one night he got drunk and told her he had feelings for her. She didn’t know what to think. Later this week someone else (a different girl) told me she was sleeping with that same guy. Do I tell my friend? Or should I just let it be.

Let it be they arent in a committed relationship so he is doing nothing wrong

I mean you can tell her but only because you want to gossip lol. it's not a necessary thing just because they are only having sex. he is doing nothing wrong at all. he can have sex with a million people and she can't get upset. that's why those relationships are tricky.

Personally, I’d tell my friend, regardless of whether or not they’re in a committed relationship...
If she doesn’t care then that’s fine too.. it’s just something I’d generally tell my friend because I owe the boy or the other girl he is sleeping with nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️😕

I’d tell her because what if they don’t use condums and he is sleeping with other or several people. That’s how std’s can spread. It is surprising how common  A person has herpies. It is safer to let her know so she can be saver. 
I get why you are unsure though. A situation like that could make things emotionally complicated 😅
