membrane sweep today
my due date is on Sunday, had check up today and Dr did membrane sweep -- only 1cm dilated. baby girl already weighing 8lbs 9oz. any tips on jumping starting labor. been walking alot and bouncing on yoga ball. my grandmother told me to do a ginger tea. I know sex is a must but after this sweep I am super sore lol so hopefully tonight
