I need some ideas on what to wear for my courthouse wedding that would take place on December. I live in a cold city (it could rain, snow, a mix, windy, and cold for sure) Do you ladies think it would be ok to wear pants and blouse, with flats? (I have never wear heels) I dont want to look lazy, i want to look casual nice, kind of dressy.
