Diarrhea, BH & vomiting...

I lost part of my mucus plug twice since turning 31 weeks (I’m 32 weeks now) and since losing my mucus plug I’ve had diarrhea everyday. I know it’s easy to get dehydrated with having diarrhea so I’ve been drinking lots & lots of water. I started getting some intense braxton hicks contractions the day before yesterday and the nausea started yesterday but I just started the vomiting today. I’ve been miserable for the past week. Just wondering if all of this could be related to losing parts of my mucus plug or if it’s a cause for concern. I’m a first time mom and don’t really want to make a fuss over something if it’s nothing to fuss over. Any advice?
