Period didn’t come for a month?

My husband and I have been ttc for 3 months. The month of October my period was due around the 6th, never showed. I had crazy symptoms like nausea, dizziness, backache, and I was sensitive to certain smells. Last weekI took a test, it was a negative, took another test and there was a vvvfl. So for the whole month of October I didn’t get my period at all, and I have never skipped a month. Usually when I’m about to get my period I always get sore breast’s and cramps and for a whole month I didn’t feel any of that. And today I feel like my vagina was aching and when I wipe there’s blood. Now I’m not sure if I could be pregnant or if somethings wrong, but if anyone has had any similar stories I would appreciate the advice.
