Dominant ladies how do you set the scene for play? How do you let your partner know it's time for play and what do you do?

The latest thing I did was, I placed a small chair in front of a mirror, I called my partner in and instructed him to sit on it. I then taped his legs and upper body to the chair. I had him there for a couple of hours, I focused on cbt, I used a ball crusher and a tens unit on his balls and other sensitive areas, I also used a riding crop on his balls and inner thighs. For extra fun I had him plugged both anally and in his urethra (I like to tease that I'm double penetrating him!), I also used a huge vibrating wand on him.
