I had unprotected sex every night from October 22-25 so in 1 day it will be 3 weeks since then (its currently November 5)

I'm starting to feel nauseous but no vomiting, my breasts are tender, I get short cramps every once in a while but haven't had one in a few days and idk I just kind of FEEL like I'm pregnant, if that makes sense? Can I be feeling these symptoms at this point? Can I take a pregnancy test by now even though I haven't had a missed period? 🤔
