Am I pregnant?

I think I might be pregnant, could some new mothers please let me know of some symptoms I might show?

I am 6 weeks and the only symptom I have is tender breasts. But every pregnancy is different. Before I threw up everyday from the moment I found out throughout the first trimester. I have girls. Hoping this one is a boy lol

When carrying my daughter I first noticed I was ridiculously tired all the time. It didn’t even dawn on me I could be pregnant until a full 6 weeks went by before realizing I didn’t have my period. Once I tested I knew. I had mild cramping. I didn’t get sick until about 10 weeks. I had crazy good aversions too. my body boycotted meat for the majority of my pregnancy. I stayed sick my entire pregnancy until the day I delivered her 😆
