I wiped and saw an orange color so I did a cervical check and this came out. I'm only 4 weeks pregnant, 5th pregnancy and never had a miscarriage before.. what is this!? It's a mucus.. but bloody looking.. I'm so scared..

Update ladies.. I'm still having a very small amount of this mucus discharge, but it's very light right now. Not much cramping, just light cramping here and there. I also believe I may have a yeast infection. I am experiencing some vaginal discomfort and a little itchiness. I will be calling to make an appointment tomorrow morning to see the doctor just to get checked out. I know I wont feel better until I know for sure what is going on.. praying my little poppy is ok.. thanks for your response!

It could just bee some breakthrough bleeding.
If your experience painful cramps and bleeding then you Shld talk to your dr
