Ways to induce ???

Have you tried drinking pineapple juice to induce yourself?? Did it work???

Sex, hot baths and hot curry apparently can help plus reflexology and acupuncture. But my friend did the first three without any success.

Pretty sure it’s the core that is said to work & you have to eat 7 pineapples to even make a slight difference I read.

Pineapple did nothing for me. I did a lot of walking and dancing. I was actually walking my dog while in labor. Just stay SUPER active. But not like lifting weights lol just walk a lot

It has to be fresh pineapple. If it’s been canned then it’s not effective, so I’m assuming the the juice would be no good. The majority of the chemical is from the core too- ick hahah
