This is my 2nd month of trying to conceive after miscarrying twins in July. I had to wait a full 3 cycles after I got AF back because I had to have surgery and lost a fallopian tube and a mess up on the surgery that made them have to open me up ( nice scar to boot).

I was bad last about looking for signs... anything that would tell me we were pregnant again.

I took a ton of ovulation tests and was taking pregnancy test from the time ovulation was over.... only for AF to come at her scheduled time....

I am trying not to get myself so worked up this time. I am just afraid since I am one tube down and I know it will be harder this time around.... I am sitting here stressing out... Any fellow ladies out there feeling it too?
