Last Tuesday I had lots of brownish and red discharge and went to l&d; because I was scared. They said it was a bloody show and I am 1cm and soft cervix. Since then I've been sore in the evenings and lots of BH and losing more of my mucus plug. Today I woke up early in a lot of pain and all day have been loosing my mucus plug more and having very painful contractions but they aren't getting any closer or progressing anymore. They've stayed consistent for the past four hours now. Is this false labour or could it be cramping and the start of labour. I'm 38 weeks on Tuesday. This is my contraction tracker. They are still the same but I stopped timing because they weren't changing
