could be start of AF.. even the most regular can be late or early. could be implantation in which case it takes a few days for hormones to be high enough to show on a test.

To clarify, I wore a tampon today just in case and this was all that was on it which is not normal for me. Nothing when I wiped. Sorry tmi. 
I also am NEVER late. Seriously. My periods are like clock work. BFN yesterday
