pimple-looking bumps near vaginal opening???

So heres the story:

4 days ago: I noticed my vulva stinging during urination and I also had a fishy odour discharge, it was cheese coloured. Also spotting occured. [ended on day 2]

2 days ago: I noticed the area near my vaginal opening thats part of the labia getting itchy, swollen red and scaly.

A day ago: I found some small pimple looking bumps (like 3 or 4) spread out on my labia and just under my vaginal opening.

Does anyone have an idea as to whats happening?
