I just had one last month and it was devastating. Got 3 dark positives on a Thursday (2 days before AF was due). Took 2 more tests on Friday (just because I liked seeing the lines) and they were still positive but were definitely lighter than Thursday’s tests. Friday night I noticed a small amount of blood but thought it was just spotting. Saturday- more tests, still positive but were getting even lighter and still had a small amount of blood/spotting throughout the day. Sunday I didn’t take any tests and continued bleeding but still wasn’t anywhere near my normal period amount. Monday morning I called my doctor and they had me come in for a blood test. Monday evening I started getting cramps and bleeding started to get heavier (similar to my normal period amount) that carried over to Tuesday. Doctor called me Tuesday afternoon and let me know my levels were extremely low and that I had had a chemical pregnancy. My bleeding continued as if it were my regular period.
AF is currently 6 days late and I took my first test of this cycle a few hours ago. I saw a vvvvvfl but also just had a tiny bit of blood. Praying it’s not happening again :(

I knew because I started bleeding like a period slightly heavier. Went back to the doctor a few days later and pregnancy test was negative. It's been about 4 weeks and I still have spotting on and off but will be going back to the doctor this week.

tests were positive, and on 14 DPO start to get lighter, i have HCG blood tests 2 days apart and my HCG was dropping 😩😣

A chemical pregnancy is very confusing. I did not imagine how emotional it would be to Ttc. I missed my period and took a frer, had vvfl but it was there. A few days later I got what seemed to be my period. Took a digital test and said negative. It’s now a week later and I am still getting faint line on frer and now a positive on the digital. All of my pregnancy symptoms stopped after my bleeding. Just not sure what to think. We all just need to hang in there.

I tested 5 days before I expected my period, faint line-darker faint line-same darkness-lighter faint line-no faint line-got a very heavy period late in the day I was supposed to start. Complete exhaustion, I've had heavy periods but never felt that awful but it might've been in my head from being sad. Then my doctor did a blood test 4 days into bleeding, negative. She still allowed me to take clomid that cycle and it worked, the baby stuck, and I'm 9 weeks and 4 days today. It's so hard but you've gotta hold out hope. Sending good vibes your way

i knew because i took a hpt and got this

then a week later i started "aunt flow" but it was much much heavier considering ny flow is very light and i was changing my tampon every hour. then got a blood tedt that day and my hcg was way to low
