Heard of Vitex?

Question

Has anyone tried taking Vitex? I read online it helps with PCOS, irregular periods, endometriosis, and other factors that cause infertility. I started spotting when it was time for me to ovulate (and I'm not in any mood to lay a towel down) so AF is somewhat interfering with the baby making schedule. Was anyone successful after trying Vitex? I may have acted prematurely but I have a bottle on the way.

It definitely helped me. My cycles were long and irregular. I got pregnant within two cycles of taking it the first time I took it and within 1 cycle the 2nd. Gave me 28 day cycles and I was having 35-45 day cycles before that.

I started taking vitex and I started losing vision in my left eye. It may or may not of had anything to do with me taking the vitex but I quit taking it and with in 2 weeks my eye sight was back to normal.
